Terms of Service
The rules for using Stylvia.
Your account
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in method and second factor secure. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
Your content
You own your website content. You grant Stylvia a license to host, store, copy and display it only as needed to provide the service. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to everything you publish.
AI-generated content
The AI editor can make mistakes. Review your draft before publishing. You're responsible for what you publish to your live site.
Acceptable use
Stylvia is for building and hosting websites. Don't use it for illegal content, malware, phishing, spam, impersonation, infringement of others' rights, or content that exploits or harms others.
Sexually explicit content is prohibited. This includes non-consensual intimate imagery, whether real or AI-generated ("deepfakes"), and any content that sexualises minors. Stylvia's AI editor only edits website text and code: it doesn't generate images of people, and it must not be used to create sexual or deceptive depictions of real people. We may suspend sites and accounts that violate these rules, and we'll report illegal content to the authorities.
Domains
Domains registered through Stylvia are subject to the registry's and registrar's terms. Renewals are charged yearly unless you cancel or transfer the domain.
Billing and cancellation
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can download your files before and after cancelling.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Stylvia's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We'll notify you of material changes to these terms by email or in the portal.
